PERSONAL USE ONLY.

All products in this store are digital items. No physical products will be shipped to you.

An email with the link to download the digital file will be sent to you upon purchasing any product in the store.

Please download files to a desktop computer or laptop. Most mobile phones or tablets do not allow you to download files through certain links, or unzip ZIP files.

Digital products in this store will be in either PDF or JPG format. The format will be specified in the product description.

If the product contains two or more files, you will be sent a ZIP file. To get your products, you will need to unzip the file.

On PC/Notebook: Choose a location to save the ZIP file to, which by default should be your Downloads folder. Once saved, right click the file and select ‘Extract All’. This will create a new folder, in which you will find your digital printables.

On Mac/Macbook: As above, but you can instead double click the ZIP file to extract it.

On Mobile/Tablet: The best way to open and view our digital products on mobile or tablet is to save them to a cloud service, such as iCloud or Dropbox. You can then access the files through these services on your mobile or tablet device.

Many of these devices will not allow you to download via the link, or will not have the appropriate place to save the files. However, if the download does work on your device, you will need an app to unzip the files. FileExplorer Free is one of many apps you can try.

Files will be either PDF or JPG. Both can be opened with many different programs. However, if you can’t open the PDF, make sure you have a PDF reader installed. Adobe Reader is one of the most common, and is free to download.

Can’t find your files once you’ve downloaded them? First, check your ‘Downloads’ folder, where all files automatically are downloaded to on any standard computer. Next, try searching for the file using your computer’s search tool. Finally, if you can’t find it, simply re-download it via the email link, but be sure to check your download location before you press the button.
